In our country, small businesses play vital and significant actors to innovation, employment, and economic development; however, they are in hot water of a stagnant dilemma and even development failure after short rapid growth. This paper begins with the essence of small business growth and regulars of them. Aiming at unbalanced and stagnant growth of small businesses, we find out the nature and equilibrium relations of small businesses growth and put forward the tactics how to obtain and sustain solid growth for small business by analyzing the growth of Shenzhen Yun-Chou Corporation, which is a typical example of small business growth.There is a simple review of past growth theory at first of all. We trace back to the origin and evolution of the equilibrium growth thought, and arise the research method on the basis of predecessors'achievements.Second, the nature and equilibrium relations of all business growth are studied. We deem that small businesses develop for balanced application of resource. As a management question, equilibrium is a vital element for small businesses to realize development, and it is a dynamic process to balance various complex relations among them-including the dial-dimension equilibrium of"quantity"and"quality", which is quite relative with the current growth stage of small businesses.Third, equilibrium problems on the development of Shenzhen Yun-Chou Corporation are also analyzed, and they are just as development unbalance. We assure the growth stage of the company and make clear unbalance relations in it by describing it simply, then finding out the current position and advantage or disadvantage it faces. Take Yun-Chou Corporation for instance, we summarize the six main reasons for unbalanced relations, then make suggestion on actualization and control of equilibrium in corresponding time.
