Research On Production Scheduling In The Workshops Of The Vestee Enterprises

Promoting information project and realizing enterprise management and control system integration are the development trend of modern manufacturing. The workshop production scheduling is the core of the enterprise production management, which is playing a key role that links the preceding with the following. Because of the complexity and multiplicity in production system, there hasn't been a method which is general and comprehensive to solve the optimization production scheduling problem. Therefore, we need to study the scheduling problems separately for different production system.Based on S95 standard, this paper collects and classifies the production information of vestee enterprise systematic, and it analyzes and constructs the flow of information. And it describes the information by using the XML language, which is in favor of the information's exchanging and processing in network or between the different computer systems. And this description can provide the technical support for the information sharing in enterprise.Based on analyzing the pattern of the vestee enterprise's production, in view of the special production method and the production characteristic, it proposes that the researching on the vestee workshop production scheduling question can be divided in two stages. In the first stage, it uses the n persons method to assign the mask in the first working procedure by the Shapley value, which prepares for the after stage research. In the second stage, it is researched as the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem. Firstly it builds the scheduling problem's mathematics modeling. Then using the matrix encoding method and taking the minimizing production time as the objective function, it designs the genetic algorithms detailed.Taking the workshop production scheduling of a vestee enterprise as an example, using Matlab as the tool, it has carried on the certification to the above research results. The certification result indicated that the production scheduling result is better and its astringency is more superior.
