Jiutong Investment Group has four subsidiary companies, after many years development, which was founded in 1992. And the service scope gradutely include power equipment agency, advertisement agency,real estate planning and marketing, and real estate investment, from the only power equipment agency in the beginning. Behind many excellent achievements, Jiutong Investment Group has some problem in the future development. So how to improve the current management model, and how to create core competition, become to an important task.We analyse industry internal and external environment of Jiutong Investment Group with The Poter's five forces competition model and SWOT method, and then we analyze the management model according 4P and 4C. Furthermore, we get that Townsun property consulting company, Tongjin advertising and media company and Jintongdu property management company of Jiutong Group facing a very competitive market, under the real estate fast developing, has to improve the management modell, include applying cost leading stretegty, brands adventage , developing loyal alient, controlling investment risk, which can help getting more adventages in competition. In the end, in order to make sure the realization of management model and the group further development, we give some advices:Perfect the internal managing structure; Establishing and perfecting internal control system; establishing nicer company culture; Making well capital operation.
