The Applications Of Data Mining In Science And Technology Project Assessment

Science and technology project assessment is the hardcore of modern SciTech development activities, which is also an important application domain of data mining in the same time. Academes and enterprisers have paid common attentions to the research in data mining and its applications in SciTech assessment.On the base of literature summarization of the researches'status quo in data mining, SciTech project assessment and the applications on SciTech project assessment, this paper presented some themes of data mining tech and its application research in SciTech project assessment. Then on the theoretical base of SciTech project assessment and on the tech support of data mining, the writer strived to investigate the application methods on SciTech project assessment. In the abstract, this paper deepened the SciTech project theory, which looked upon a SciTech project assessment as a whole lifecycle, described through schedule of the project, designed assessment index systems in different assessment phases, and then complemented the system info of assessment. In practice, this paper runned through by the idea of SciTech project assessment closed loop, mixed data mining techniques including SVM, RS and NN etc and analyzed the existing data in the assessment for project establishments, project processes and project results, which tried some applications of data mining on SciTech project assessment helpfully and introduced feasible techniques to improve the validities and the science of SciTech project assessments.
