Nowadays, more and more Chinese companies go financing overseas. The U.S. finance market is the major choice to most of the companies. We must pay highly attention to it because it has great impacts on not only the United States, but also the world's economy development.Through "trend analysis", the thesis is tending to do research on the adjustments that the joint ventures in China have made after the Sarbanes-Oxley Act is delivered and try to design a new management model for the modern enterprises.In sum, the thesis is creative with regard to the enterprise internal control, and the results of it are practical as well.
