Research On Coordinating Urban-Rural Employment Based On Grey Thesis

At the present, our urban and rural development in a lopsided development, which represented by urban and rural difference's enlarge, farmer's problem and society stability. However, the core question to solve such problems is balance urban and rural employment. Meanwhile, developing country's is always the stress of developing economics. Urban and rural coordinate employment has already become a case that urgent to solve both in theory and practices.Then analysis the current situation on urban and rural coordinate employment, discern the real factor that effect our country's urban and rural employment, thinking about the solutions in system. At the same time, set up the evaluation module on Urban and rural coordinate employment, carry out the corresponding action by analysis results, which are important and urgent to research. It also is meaning of this thesis.Urban and rural coordinate employment is a complex and huge dynamic economic system. Much of the in formations in it are neither black nor write, but grey situation. So, it was appropriate use to be analysis.The thesis can be divided into four parts. Part one is based on Two-tier structure of developing economics, research on the employment development since the found of our country, both in city and country, by system thinking and labor economics. And get the conclusion of the key problem during coordinating urban-rural employment is the low human capital of labor. Part two is use the stepwise regression method to prove the factor that effect on our country employment are, employment structure, human capital and economics development. Then we were found out where is the problem. Part three is system analysis on employment form employment structure, human capital, labor market and economic development. Then set up the fishbone framework for analysis on urban-rural employment. Accelerate the urban-rural employment need objective and accurate estimation on social employment situation, and much exact forecast. At last, evaluation model on urban-rural employment was set, by upgraded greythesis, for appraisement and prediction, and then give a qualitative analysis to Shaanxi province and bring forward some idiographic suggestions.
