A Study On Equipment Management Based On Reliability Of Petrol-chemical Unit In Long Term Running

Petrol-chemical enterprise belongs to continuous production industry, the using assurance of the equipment is required important, and so the reliability of equipment is put into the first place in the equipment management in many enterprises. A large number of works research have been done about equipment reliability in the world for many years, but the systemic research of equipment reliability in the Petrol-chemical enterprises begun only in recent years. As the national supporting industry, Petrol-chemicals is crucial in the development of national economy, the importance of equipment reliability is decided by its production characteristics and applying equipment specialties.Applying modern equipment management theory and scientific management decision-making method, combined with the production condition of the Petrol-chemical enterprises, the equipment management based on reliability of petrol-chemical unit in long term running is researched systemically and deeply in this article.The production characteristics and equipment specialties of petrol-chemical enterprises and the importance of equipment reliability are introduced in Chapter One. In Chapter Two, the basic principle of how to choose the type of petrol-chemical equipment is researched, the petrol-chemical equipment type-choosing decision making index system based on reliability and the type-choosing decision making models basic on AHP method are founded. In Chapter Three, aiming at how to improve the reliability in the appliance and maintenance of equipment, the suggestion of applying preventive maintenance of equipment through monitoring the equipment running status is raised in order to assure the reliability of equipment, and the previous alarm system of equipment status monitoring is set up. In Chapter Four, the equipment maintenance strategy based on reliability is researched. It is suggested when adopting the suitable maintenance way of equipment, the different characteristics and importance of equipment and the target of enterprise should be considered. At the same time, the balance between reliability and cost should be also considered, so that we can assure the equipment reliability under the lowest cost. At last, the appliance of equipment reliability management in Huabei Petrochemical Branch Company,PetroChina. is researched. Making the evaluation of plan with the type-choosing decision-making models of petrochemical equipment, predicting the maintenance period of rotating machine and founding the equipment status monitoring previous alarm system are discussed in the article, the equipment maintenance strategy of the company based on the reliability is also raised in the article.
