Research On Decision-making Of Project Financing Structure For Chinese Infrastructure Construction Projects

Project Financing is a pattern on the financing of infrastructure construction recently in the world. Generally, it repays the borrower limit to the expected cash flow and the asset of the project itself. This financing pattern has and will play a great role in the development of Chinese infrastructure construction. However, it is a complex, systemic process, which deals with lots of fields, and financing structure is the core. Therefore, decision-making of financing structure becomes a critical process when applying this pattern into Chinese infrastructure construction.This article studies the decision-making of investment structure and fund structure. At first, it studies project financing structure which is made up of investment structure, financing pattern, fund structure and credit assurance structure. Their inner relationship is also analyzed. Then, common investment structures are studied carefully and an integrated fuzzy evaluation model is constructed which can assist the investors to make proper choice. Afterward, possible fund channels and its choosing criterions are studied when applying project financing in China. The topic of how to develop private-fund project financing is also studied. On basis of this, fund structure is studied from the aspect of successful project financing examples and the aspect of existing research theory. The influencing factors for decision-making of fund structure in Project Financing is put forward. At last, a project fund decision-making model under the circumstance of un-equilibrium information is set up and discussed.This article studies Project Financing from the point of financing structure according to the situation of Chinese investment and financing system. Modern management science method is introduced into the decision-making process of project investment structure and fund structure. This can instruct further theory study of Project Financing and make decision-making process of project financing structure more efficient when applying this pattern in China.
