Firstly this dissertation has put up the goal of new product introduction and explore the necessity of new product introduction for enterprises. The goal of New Product Introduction is to introduce suitable new product in proper time to enrich the revenue and profit source and to strengthen the competition of the enterprises. It's very essential to the domestic enterprises because the research and development capacity of the domestic enterprises are poor and less of them own the core technology. Through new product introduction, domestic enterprises can shorten the gap with the foreign leading enterprises.Secondly this dissertation also lists several key issues in new product introduction. The first is having no definite goal of the new product introduction. The second is the imbalance of new product and old product. The third is the affection to the environment, strengthening recycling of the old product to lessen the pollution to the environment.At last, the author has brought up how to solve the key issues in new product introduction with the working experience. First of all, it is very important to manage the opportunity to do new product introduction. Neither earlier nor latter introduction is good to reach the goal of the product introduction. Secondly, good market forecasting will help to balance new product and old product. Thirdly, it's very important to do recycling for the old product when finishing the new product introduction.Analysis on these important issues in new product introduction can guide enterprises to do new product introduction more efficiently. With these solutions, enterprises can fulfill the goal of new product introduction. In addition, there are no unchanged solutions for the questions in new product introduction. More efficient solutions are needed to seek based on each enterprise actual situation.
