With the establishment of modern enterprise system, the target of financial management progresses to maximate the stakeholder's value and the problem of commission-proxy appearing. How to design a reasonable achievement evaluation and reward motivation mechanism of manager to motivate their enthusiasm abundantly and achieve the goal of charger gradually becomes a topic people concern about. The achievement evaluation and reward motivation mechanism of manager based on EVA can avoid the limitations of traditional evaluation indexes and reward motivation, connect the interests of manager and stakeholder, make great effort to create value for stakeholder.Based on the explanation of conception and connotation of EVA, the paper starts with the limitations of traditional achievement evaluation indexes, points out the advantages of evaluation method based on EVA and designs manager achievement evaluation mechanism based on EVA. Then puts forward essential demands of manager reward motivation mechanism and designs the bonus program, annual salary system and fictitious stock options based on EVA. Finally, through the analysis of reward motivation program in Zhong Yuan oil field, it points out some probable obstacles when it uses in our country and puts forward some relevant suggestion.
