Study On Risk Management Of Warship System Development

For any real project, the risk may be unavoidable as soon as the project is launched. Furthermore, the effects of risk may cause different results at different stages, which may also be so much as fatal in some cases. Its light effects may include not to completely meet the demands of customers on the product performance, delay of plan, overcharge of budget and so on. On the other hand, the effects of risk may also cause the failure of product in market and losses of preliminary large invest. Therefore, how to effectively manage the project risk and control it to the minimum extent are always the core topics of the modern project management.The warship system development (WSD) is a core stage of the prodction of warship, and it is also a huge systemic project. Based on summary of theories and approaches of modern project management, the deep investignation of advanced methods and technologies are given based on the domestic and foreign risk management of weaponary development. Furthermore, the lots of risk factors are also analyzed, combined the current statue of our contury's WSD. Besides, a series operable systemic configuration, index system and management methods are also proposed for risk management of WSD. We hope that the proposed methods and theories may be used to reduce the developing risk and improve the developing efficiency. Especially, as a key stage of the warship risk managenent, the risk recognition is analyzed, emphasizedly. Therefore, this paper provides the necessay theoretical warrants and a basic realizable approach, for modern risk management of our contury's WSD.
