Research About The Growth Of List Company Based On Support Vector Machine

The China's listed companies have been developing with the reform of joint stock system in the state-owned enterprise since the mid 1980's.Chinese capital market has been developing for more than ten years and has got prodigious achievement. With economical development step speeding up, listed companies have gradually become an active power in the national economy. Its status in domestic economy had been highly affirmed in 2004. And as a main body in capital market, listed companies are becoming a focus. The actual situation and the study data show that the Chinese majority enterprise growth potentiality is all no good. With the large quantities of the listed companies being bankruptcy, the question of growth potentiality becomes a key problem for the theorists and the practice. On the other hand, with the development and standardization of the capital market, the formation of the idea of the investors, the research demand for the growth potentiality of the enterprise become more and more urgent, it is no longer merely an academic problem, but an important factor affecting the listed companies and the development of the capital market of China. Therefore, the research on the growth potentially of the enterprise is very important for both theoretical and the practical value, Thus essay begins with the research status of the growth potentiality, comparing the research results of the previous experts, and rise the questions. Then the new method of support vector machine is drawn, through which part of the problems are solved. In the end, the author use the financial index data of the listed companies of the Jiangsu province to prove that the above mentioned method is practical, and also rise the author's constructive suggestions.This essay has totally five parts. The first part is an introduction. Beginning with the meaning of the growth potentiality of enterprise, the author carries on the review and appraisal of the theory of the enterprise growth in China, based on which, the author proposed her own research method and idea. The second part is the review of the research status,introducing the research of the present situation of the enterprise growth and the status of the appraisal growth financial index research. Through the introduction and the appraisal, the author has constructed her own financial appraisal system. The third part introduces the new method. Firstly, the author simply introduces the basic principle of the support vector machine, the classification principle, and the realization principle, then compares them with other methods used for the growth appraisal, and find out the support vector machines had strong exudeability, and do not need merits before hand. The fourth part is the application research. Through the support vector machine, the author carried out the direct-viewing classification on the degree of the growth potentiality of the listed companies in Jiangsu Province.In the experiment, the important parameters have been adjusted, and the result achieves the best condition. The findings indicated that support vector machine could be possible used in the area of the research of the growth potentiality of the listed companies. The fifth part is the author's thought and the suggestions.The innovation spot of the essay is that for the first time, the author introduces the support vector machine method for the research area of the growth potentiality of the listed companies. And through the construction of the finance appraised index, this new method can be executively applied in the practical research. But regretfully, the data training classification originated from the table of the growth potentiality from the website of the stockstar, and the reliability of the data has not been approved.
