The Research And Policy Suggestions On Community Banks Establishment In China

Community Banks, with flexible management system, have great influence on middle and small-sized enterprises in solving financing problems, optimizing the structure of banking system and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of banking industry. The United States is the most successful country in developing community banks which have made great contributions for American economy on scales, achievements, and so on. This can prove that community banks are full of activity and competitiveness. Therefore, we can take the United States as an example to establish community banks and make them help promote the economic development of China. This article mainly analyzes the necessity of China establishing community banks. Then, it discusses the feasibility of community banks establishment in China at present. Finally, the article proposes several policy suggestions of developing community banks on fixing market position, patterns, supervising system, etc.
