With vigorous development of modern logistics all over the world, a number of academic and applied problems appear, which promoting a series of research, including freighting, warehousing, information and location. These researches have important academic and applied value. Here we will take stochatic factors into account, research the problem of the stochatic logistics center location, which has theoretical and practical value.Taking all types of research results, there are location models, which objective is to minimize the cost from the view of distribution, warehousing, logistics services and other aspects of the research, but there is no one analyses logistics center cost factors comprehensively from point of supply chain. Consequently, it obtains optimal solutions of a factor, but not the total cost. The paper attempts to study location-allocation problem from the aspects of inventory and transportation management, build expected value model, chance-constrained programming model and dependent chance programming model of logistics center location-inventory problem. These models minimize total cost, including inventory cost and transportation cost, and overcome the shortage of unconsidering inventory. Furthermore, hybrid genetic algorithm is designed in order to explore location-inventory problem optimization.
