Personal Duty was initially created by the United Kingdom in 1799, and was gradually collected in different countries. Nowadays, Personal Duty is adapted by more than 140 countries and districts in the whole world, and has the leading position in all kinds of taxes. In recently years, China Personal Duty income increases rapidly, and became the forth largest taxes in 2004. According to the new law for Personal Duty which come into being in 2006, the standard for the charge deduction raised a lot, but the national income for Personal Duty also kept increasing to 245.2 billion, which is 17.1% higher than 2005. It can be seen in advance that China will go to a "ratal nation age". Meanwhile, as the government strengthens the power for tax collecting, there are less space for tax payers to avoid their ratal responsibilities, otherwise, they will be punished by law. So more and more attention will be focused on the topic of "Tax Planning".In order to deal with the new topic, firstly I analyzed the fuction and reality of the Personal Duty; secondly I discussed the relevant theory and way of the Tax Planning, After that, by showing lots cases, I draw a conclusion to the basic theory, introduces different ways of tax planning. Meanwhile, I also discuss the Personal Duty reform and the trend change for the tax planning since reform happens.The character of the essay is: the topic is accurately based on the reality; and it gives us a tense analysis of the tax planning for the Personal Duty. The discussion of tax planning strategies is based on the classical cases. The essay makes great effort to tell us how to increase the net income without irritating the law. I have tried my best to give some useful advice to the taxpayers.
