A Research On Influence Of Informatization To Peasant Household's Behavior With Case Of Henan

Building a new socialist countryside is an important action taken by the party and the government to solve the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers. To achieve it, the countryside informatization is the essential method. More and more scholars begin to pay attention to the countryside informatization, and the research on the informatization and the peasant household behavior becomes the current hot spot. However, the present household research is mostly, on macroscopic view, Finally studies the discovery : Throughing provided the widespread information, the informatization changes peasant household's thinking mode and strengths peasant household's market consciousness, thus changes the peasant household's production behavior and accelerates peasant household's non- agriculture behavior.Basic on Henan Province informatization level and the region variance analysis, this article selects three typical cases. In the point of the peasant, utilizing the peasant household economic activities theory, not-definite theory, demand theory and labor force shift theory, it analyses how the informatization affects the peasant household's choice and behavior, through the analysis of the peasant household information's promulgation, obtainment, selection and the final usage on microscopic view.There are six parts in this article. The first part briefly introduces the research's background, summary, goal, significance, and the method. The second part is about the basic theory introduction, the economic analysis of the peasant household working behavior, and the analysis of the peasant household's information demand. The third part mainly introduces the development of our country and Henan Province's present household informatization and agricultural informatization, and simultaneously quantitatively analyses the informatization development of various areas in Henan Province. The fourth part selects three different villages-Genghu village of Mengzhuang town in Xinzheng, Huzhai village of Yifeng town in Lankao and Hedian village of Taitou town in Huanbin-to represent the different level of the informatization development, makes research and draws the interrelated conclusion. According to the above research result, the fifth part analyzes the question existing in the peasant household's informatization development in Henan Province, and proposes the correlation countermeasure, to help the peasant household's informatization development of Henan Province. The sixth part makes the conclusion and lists the research insufficiency and the forecastAccording to the research, this article draws those following conclusions:The informatization provides large and effective agricultural information, and improves the agricultural productivity. The informatization indirectly increases the peasant income. The informatization changes the peasant thinking mode and causes the transformation of the peasant household's production behavior. The informatization strengthens the peasant household's market meaning and improves the peasant household quality. The informatization accelerates the peasant household's non- agriculture behavior. The informatization enhances the countryside surplus labor force shift. The informatization brings many positive influences to the peasant household as well as the negative ones.This article comprehensively analyzes the informatization's influence on the peasant household behavior, which has certain theory value on the profound understanding the informatization and its influence on the peasant household's producing behavior.
