High-tech enterprises are appearing in the era of the knowledge-based economy as a new form of organization, and become increasingly major forces of the competitive business, which academics have studied. With the knowledge-based economy and economic globalization, the organizational capital has increasingly become one of the important sources for high-tech enterprises to obtain competitive advantages, which influents high-tech enterprises'survival and development. How's the relation of Organizational Capital and Enterprise Performance, and how to help the enterprises to obtain competitive advantages, are a challenging area in research.This paper is to explore these, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper includes the following chapters: Chapter One introduces the issue this paper has to work on, its relevance to content, the research results and the innovation. The second chapter, through reviewing the Organizational Capital theory, Performance evaluation theory and organizational capital's action on the enterprise performance, provides a clear theoretical basis and framework, and makes a point of this paper. Chapter III combining the features of high-tech enterprises, organizes the capital into a system of property rights, corporate governance, corporate strategy, corporate culture, human resources management practices and organizational structure as the six major elements, and expounds on the various elements of content. Chapter IV of this essay is the core component of high-tech enterprises organizational capital of the enterprise performance mechanism. This part products and operates costs and difference as two variables, analyzes the role of the elements of the Organizational Capital to enterprise performance, studies the organizational capital to the enterprise performance Mechanism, and maps the high-tech enterprise capital of the Enterprise Performance Mechanism diagram which displays a high-tech enterprise capital and business performance relationship. Chapter 5 uses empirical research method, taking the Hua Wei Company for example, to make us more clearly on the high-tech enterprises'organizational capital as an important role on the performance of the business. Chapter VI of the study concludes with the prospect the results of this paper, and the limitations of this study.This paper has come to the following conclusions: High-tech Enterprises in the organizational capital of the various elements, by reducing the cost of enterprise operations and meeting the needs of the customers with different products and services, enable enterprises to gain competitive advantage and increase profits and enhance enterprise performance. In other words, a clear system of property rights, reasonable corporate governance structure, and corporate strategy matching business environment, outstanding corporate culture, effective human resource management practices and reasonable structure, enable enterprises reduce operating costs, and increase the level of difference, and improve enterprise performance.
