Study On The Self-organization Evolvement Of Employee's Work Behavior And Its Simulation With Cellular Automaton

The corporation's employee is a complex system; its work behavior could be influenced by various factors. Therefore it is very necessary to research on the employee's work behavior. The current research method include theory analysis, the experimentation validating and the demonstration analyzing. Simulation using computer technology is becoming one of the hotpoints nowadays.Firstly, we apply the theory of organization behavior, management, psychology, complex system theory and self-organization theory to the analysis of the mechanism of employee's work behavior. The object of the work behavior consists of individual target and organizational target. According to relation between them, we classify it into four types, they are described by four different behavior regions in this article. The changing of employee's work behavior could be affected by three factors, which are exterior environment, small group and himself-state. Employee will change his work behavior under these synthesis effect, that means that employee could move its work behavior position form one point to another, and then enters into another work behavior region. The process of this kind of changing of employee's work behavior, has the characters of self-organization, and then it is a self-organization evolvement.Secondly, based on the theory analysis above and the thory of Cellular Automata, we construct the concept model of self-organization evolvment for employee's work behavior, and develop a antetype system with the MATLAB software, and then design the simulation experiment. The antetype system has friendly graphical user interfaces, and it could demonstrate the embodied changing process of employee's work behavior dynamically. Under the parameter given in the experiment, we give a great deal of simulation. The results show that simple group behavior induce to the self-organization evolve with quite low probability, and the combined behavior of employee's inherence behavior and his group behavior is the precondition o the producing of the self-organization evolvement, and the combined behavior of employee's inherence behavior,group behavior and the adaptive behavior will produce the self-organization evolvement. This simulation result is done well with the self-organization theory.This simulation result also confirme the method of this thesis and the CA model constructed is valid, and it will give some valuable advice for enterprise's governor to make the decision of manageing the employee's work behavior.
