The research of environment problem is becoming hot, but few of experts research it from the government's responsibility. So researching the government's eco-accountability is very necessary.The paper firstly sums up the environment problems which hindered the sustainable development of economy, then analyzes the reasons of government taking on the eco-accountability, finally puts forward some measures about government taking on eco-accountability.
