Chinese Industrial Space Structry: The Reaserch On Industrial Distribution Transition Of Diferent Province

This thesis is about transition of Chinese industrial distribution. Firstwe find out how Chinese industrial distribution transit, then analyze thecause deeply. From 1949 to now Chinese industrial distribution hadchanged vastly, according to the figuresⅠconcluded: in 1950s Chineseindustrial district were concentrate in eastern, northern and coast area;before 1978, Chinese industrial distribution did not changed very much,the only difference was that the distributional percentage of the coast areagrew up. At 2004, 26 years after the reforming and opening policy carriedout, Chinese industrial distribution had suffered a thoroughly change, thecoast area grew into the Chinese industrial center. This thesis applyindustrial concentration index to find out how Chinese industrialdistribution transit, then analyze industrial production to explore everyprovinces' advantage production. Next, do analysis with Geni index,computer the Geni index. We find some relation between labor, capital, technology and Geni index: the Geni index will go up when theconcentration form of industrial production change as "labor-concentratedto capital-concentrated to technology-concentrated", it is to say theindustrial product's concentration degree will grow up as this changehappening. It explain why the distribution is not the same in differentyears, in the beginning most Chinese industrial product waslabor-concentrated, so the distribution is scattered. Then with theeconomic growth, capital-concentrated and technology-concentratedproducts poured into Chinese market, as result Chinese industry wasconcentrated. The fourth part of this thesis apply math method to analyzeChinese industrial transition, we establish a math model to explainChinese industrial transition's mode. At the end of this thesis we analyzethe welfare effect of the concentration, demonstrate that industrialconcentration is favourable to Chinese welfare growth, still more wedemonstrate that industry concentrate in the coast is better than in otherarea, based on the point of view, we put forward the suggestion: Chinesecoast area should go on with the industrial concentrated developmentmode. And government should give the less developed area capital andtechnology support, help these area's economic growing up, in thecoming day less developed area can accept coast area's industrialtransformation.
