Along with the development of a knowledge-based economy and the progress in science and technology,human resources have become competing for resources. For rural talent is the same,the training of high-quality rural management talent for the development of China's rural economy,China's agricultural modernization,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,increasing the income of the farmers and alleviating the employment of rural laborers and other issues are very important. Therefore,this paper studies on the growing of household heads-management talents in rural families which is from the head of household perspective. According to China's rural status quo,with the current development of human resources in rural areas,proposed first head of China's rural training who have management knowledge and management experience in a category of personnel. Next union through the head and cooperation established the rural cooperative economic organizations and agricultural enterprise environment that is suitable for the growing of rural talent. My aim is to train more high-quality agricultural entrepreneurs.Through access to a great deal of information,using comparative analysis, standardized analysis and empirical analysis , qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of a combination of methods,identify the mode which is suitable for the growing of China's rural household heads-management talents and establishes the basic framework for the growth of talent mechanism,the findings are summarized as follows:(1) Based on the rural management talent concept,the characteristics and classification,the rural headed prominent in the process of developing rural economy,thus headed for the training of rural household heads-management talent to make a judgment and enable everyone to rural management talent to have a general understanding.(2) With Japan and Western agricultural operators for the growth,identify the gap between agricultural operators and talent training in the developed countries,while in China's specific national conditions obtain the path mode that the growing of talent which is suitable for the growing of China's rural household heads-management talents and the growth of talent through the environmental analysis. It shows the path is feasible which the rural household heads-management talents become agricultural entrepreneurs.(3) Based on the growing of rural household heads-management talents status and the analysis of existing problem,combining the theory of entrepreneurs,human capital and the theory of investment in human capital and the management of the basic theory,establish the basic framework which is suitable for China's rural household heads-management talents growth mechanism to improve China's rural growth of talent training mechanism,incentive and restraint mechanisms,organizational market mechanisms and evaluation mechanism.Despite the talent of the development model is varied,but for the training of talent or the system should be established to train talent management mechanisms. This is because such a mechanism is conducive to the quality of talent and ability stable growth and help people with a clear vision toward the higher demand ahead talents are in the process of growing up constantly improve the mechanism for the growth of talent. This paper is based on the rural household heads-management talent in the overall growth path and growth mechanism design considerations,through the growth of talent category system,from the concept to the theory and the path to the establishment of the mechanism. Thus illustrate that the path is feasible which the growing of China's rural household heads-management talents become rural cooperative economic organizations management talents and eventually grow up to have high-quality agricultural entrepreneurs.
