Research On Locational Choice And Spatial Differentiation Of Foreign Direct Investment In Jiangshu

This paper mainly research on cause that foreign direct investment in Jiangshu province in location choice and spatial differentiation,meanwhile,present the strategy that improve investment environment of Jiangshu province. Firstly,the paper review the foreign direct investment and location theories. Base on analyzing historicity progress and current condition from Jiangshu province,combining with theory,we choose eight items to set up guideline system of evaluating. They are level of economical development, industrial aggregation, infrastructure, cost of labor force, level of marketing,level of opening, location factor , level of technologic and innovative. Through applying with multielement tropic analyses and main factor analyses ,we could conclude that level of economical development, industrial aggregation, infrastructure, cost of labor force, location factor , level of technologic and innovative are main influence factors of foreign direct invest of Jiangshu province. There is a big gap among three regions of investment environment. from the whole mark of investment environment, we can know that south of Jiangshu is better than other cities of Jiangshu,middle of Jiangshu is superior to north of Jiangshu. The reason that spatial differentiation of foreign direct investment result in imparity of investment environment .Finally, base on analyses, we present the strategies and suggests ,such as industry structure,infrastructure,aggregation effects,cultivate person with abilities etc.,improve environment of three regions of Jiangshu province.
