Research Of Characteristics Of International Services Transfer In Economic Globalization And Knowledge Economy Era

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the forthcoming of knowledge economy since the middle of 1990s, Multinational corporations began a new round of global industrial layout adjustment, the international direct investment has begun to shift service and international service outsourcing is increasingly clear. The international industrial transfer has entered a new stage, and International service transfer has become a hot. It is very important for China's economic growth that develops services through the transfer of international services, which will optimize the industrial structure in China. The article focuses on these characteristics and analyzes problems from four aspects, that is, subject, object, mode and the spatial distribution of the transfer, than analyze the causes and the effects. On the basis of the above discussion, the author puts forward some suggestions for government and enterprise on how to cope with the characteristics and trend of international service transfer in combination with the current situation and existing problems of international service transfers in China.
