A Study On The Relationship Between Rural Human Capital And Rural Economy Growth In HeNan Province Rural Area

Henan Rural area is the research object of the article. The article systematically analyses the condition of Henan province human capital, builts "Henan province rural human capital and rural economic growth model ", judges the contribution of the human capital on Henan economic growth .This article has five parts in all. Part I is the introduction,including the reason.the mathod and the logic structure of the research, the innovation and the Shortcoming of the article.Part II survies the history of the human capital and economic growth theory.Part III tells some relevant condition on the henan rural human capital ,mainly analyses the quantity and the quality of the human capital.Part IV builts the model of "Henan province rural human capital and rural economic growth model ":Ln(Y)=α+βln(X)+γln(Q)+ε,which including three factors:the educated degree ,the working time and the gross income of the average rural labor. Putting the data into econometric model, the article proves that the working time has prominent affect on gross income of the labour,the educated degree is play a few part on the ecomomic growth.According to the regresssing of "Eviews" software, Part V draws conclusions that:the rural educational system is not match the rural economic growth, the brain drain phenomenon of the Henan province rural area is gravely. the ratio of Human human capital return on investment is lower than that of developed region .So the artice suggests that reform the rural educational system,added up occupational edution to the basic education;put great emphasis on rural laborers'working training; Accelerate building rural infrastructure , improve the sitution of the vallage; Probe the flow and allocation system of talented people , revitalize human capital.etc.
