Research On The Issues Related To The Development Of Financial Futures Market Of China

Nowadays, when people meet each other, they usually say "Have you bought stocks?","Have you bought some funds or not? ". Chinese financial markets got a historic opportunity for development. And from the establishment of China's financial futures exchange on September 8, 2006 to the promulgation of the Management Regulations of Futures Exchange on April 15, 2007, the financial investments which are both familiar and strange to the ordinary common people such as financial futures, stock index futures. And the community is also studying the continuing preparation for it.Based on the study of theoretical knowledge of financial futures, and with the economic development of China and the reforming of the financial system of practice, this paper analysis the necessity and feasibility of the establishment and development of China's financial futures market specifically, and put forward the suggestion of the establishment and development of China's financial futures market.The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. It outlines the main research background and significance of the paper, and on the basis of the description and the evaluation of the status of the research, the methods of the research of the paper will be proposed. The second part is a summary of financial futures. It introduced the basic knowledge of the concept of financial futures, the types of economic and financial futures, functional purpose, procedures and processes. The third part is the need and feasibility study to develop China's financial futures markets. At the beginning, it reviews the development of the financial futures market, and it proposed the significance, feasibility and urgency of the establishment of China's financial futures markets. The fourth part is the barrier factor analysis which needs to face for developing the current Chinese finance futures market. At present, there are many restrictions in the development process of China's finance futures market. There are still limitations and prejudices to the futures market, and the social integrity is not high. The laws and regulations system and the supervising and managing system of the futures market also not completely catch up the market development, and the technical barrier exist. The fifth part is the suggestions of the development of the financial futures based on the former paper on the background of globalization. From the foreign successful experience, we should put the risk control on the first place in developing China's financial futures, make great efforts to cultivate institutional investors, strengthen investor education, and train professional talent of the financial futures.Finally, there is a conclusion of the major research for the paper. And it still needs to do some further research on some particular area in the future.
