The Study Of Enterprise Value Evaluation Based On Value Management

In the value management time, how to realize the enterprise value maximization become a focal point to the entrepreneur's and the theorist's. The value management is a course during which create the value continuously with the goal of value maximization, it is based on value evaluation and carry on the strategic formulation and strategic adjustment just in time through disposes the resources reasonably according to the environmental variation. Enterprise value evaluation is the foundation and first step to value management. This paper mainly stands in the view of value management to research the evaluation of enterprise value.This paper first introduced the value management theory and the value evaluation knowledge, then analysis the enterprise value influence factors, because the modern enterprise's integrant part changed greatly, such as the human resources, the customer relations, the marketing channel, the enterprise culture and so on, these intangible assets which wasn't outstanding reflected in the finance couldn't be ignored its influence to the enterprise value, but the traditional enterprise value evaluation mainly depend on the financial report form to weight the value, not consider intangible asset's influence to enterprise value fully. Based on this, this paper proposed enterprise value evaluation's procedures and model based on value management, namely while using the financial norm to appraise value from financial angle, use the non- financial norm to evaluate enterprise's value which caused by those intangible assets and use the coefficient that caused by the non-financial value actuation essential factors to revise the enterprise's value. Then introduced the two models separately and give an example to introduce the concreted application, and analysis the effect. Finally, use the effective information that produced during the process of enterprise value evaluation to analysis the influence to enterprise value management. After appraise the enterprise value from financial and non-financial angle, it may provide the information accurately and effective for the need of value management decision-making, and strengthen the value management.
