| The paper tries to study financing efficiency of listed company of Heilongjiang Province by analyzing the financing methods, capital structure and the other factors affecting financing efficiency, and come to adopt the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion to promote and improve the financing efficiency of the listed company. The purpose is to improve the financing ability of the listed company of Heilongjiang Province, increase the operating capital needed in the development, improve the development potentiality of listed company, thus by the leading function of the listed company, to bring development and prosperity to the Northeast economy entirely.First the paper introduces the relevant theories of financing efficiency , On the basis of relevant theories, the financing efficiency to the listed company of Heilongjiang Province is researched, the following several aspects in influence factors of the financing efficiency of listed company are pointed out ,such as macroscopical economic factor, capital structure , capital cost, financing way and the other factors inside the company, etc. Then set up the evaluation index system of the financing efficiency of listed company to these influence factors. From the speed of raising funds, maximization of enterprise value , minimization of capital cost , ability to resist risk and company governance optimization, etc. Five aspects consist of index system. Then use information entropy method to give weight to carry on the analysis of real example to the financing efficiency of the listed company of Heilongjiang Province, obtain the conclusions that the financing efficiency of the listed company of Heilongjiang Province is generally lower, after this the ,reasons about this are analyzed. The reasons are mainly as follows, stocks proportion holding by state is higher, financing structure, the speed of raising funds also have problem .At last the concrete countermeasure and suggestion of improving the financing efficiency of listed company are put forward. The purpose is to drive the economy of this province to develop fast, achieve greater contribution to the economy of the Northeast. |
