As increasingly fierce commercial competition, how to manage customer relationship to get and retain more customer share in the competition is a new mission.Xingan securities as the financial service industry, It is have a good customer relationship that is the root for his existence and development, It is important that how to actualize CRM for Xingan securities, In order to resolve the existed problems of Xingan securities and discuss the road of CRM and get to improve Core competence for Xingan securities, This paper will research model and countermeasure and measure of CRM for Xingan securities, I will hope to offer effective ways to win the farther improvement for Xingan securities.In dissertation, on the basis of grasping the precisely concept of CRM, According to CRM important and core idea and the status of Xingan securities with deeply analyzing and studying, I will offered some suggestions on how to actualize CRM for Xingan securities. Xingan securities should found customer center's enterprise culture construction and make great change in its strategies, organization structure, information technology. CRM system should important found customer collaboration and business intelligence sub-system. During actualize, Xingan securities must implement CRM across the board marking out, from up to down, step by step. At the same time, it must collect and analyze customer information, communicate with its clients, provide high service one to one and at last form "win-win"patterm.
