The Research On The Tactic Turning Point Based On The Enterprise Life Cycle

In recent twenty years, especially during the nineties of last century, a lot of star enterprises, which grew up very fast and became weighty in its' area, were collapsed in several years. This makes us realize in China, we are not short of entrepreneurs who can grasp the opportunities in the market, but have less ones who can take the opportunities and keep the enterprises going on . How to make the enterprises advance in the tough path? How to make an enterprise avoid ending in a short time? This kind of rational thought has take place of the research on profit, cost and benefit to become a theme that enterprises have to face and solve in present.This paper tries to research the TTP in the ELC in China, using the theory of management, tactic management, and enterprise sustainable development, based on the enterprise life cycle. The paper discusses the concepts of enterprise life cycle (ELC) and tactic turning point (TTP), and refers the ELC emerges when the unbalance change rate between the energy inside and changes outside of an enterprise.This paper analyzes the factors which affect the growth speed of enterprise internal energy of ELC in each period. And discuss the TTP forming from factors above affect on ELC. And then give corresponding methods for the cases.In the end, we illustrate the different result of Zhongshan IDAll Electronic and GDBBK Electronic Industry Co., Ltd. by contrast, because of the change of enterprise internal energy inside in each period, which move further to 6ur opinion.
