The Kazakhstan nation is the antiquited nation and has age-old history. The Kazakhstan has deep culture connotation, and this culture has distinct , outstanding nation and region characteristic in thecontent and the form, which can satisfy some psychological demand of people. The exploitation of the Kazakhstan culture resource can promote the development of Tianshan Mountains Tianchi national spot.
