Study On Construction Of Agricultural Eco-environment And Its Sustainable Development In Sichuang Province

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy, of which the balanced natural environment is the basis for sustainable development. Sichuan is a big agricultural province, however, it is one of the under developed provinces in farming. It holds a big population, a major percentage of which are farmers. The average area of farming land for each is comparatively few, and the natural condition of faming, together with its basis in these areas is weak. For a long time being, owing to the influence of the natural condition, the human activities, the pollution from industry, farming, and the old way of production, the eco-environment of agriculture has been damaged and the sustainable development of it has been obstacled to a great extent. Therefore, the comprehensive andsystematical study of the eco-environment of agriculture of Sichuan is meaningful.This article presents a specific description of the theory on the agricultural eco-environment and its sustainable development. It proves that the eco-environment is the basis of agricultural sustainable development by exploring the connotation of the agricultural eco-environment and its sustaining development. It analyzes on the soil, water, atmosphere, the number of the creatures in the woods,he damage of the diversity of the species, the influence of those to the sustainabledevelopment of agriculture in Sichuan. After an analysis connecting with theeality, it presents the conclusion that low productivity, boundary of the policies,uncompleted legislation, weak environment protection conscience, the backward eco-ethic thoughts, the overspread development of the cities are the reasons for causing the eco-problems in Sichuan. The methods for changing the situation are: strength the education of agricultural environment protection, the completion of therelative policies, the fulfillment of the system of legislation, the supporting system of agricultural technology, enforce the construction of the rural eco-environment, conciliation the common development of rural areas and urban areas as well as protection of the rural eco-environment.
