This paper uses regional economics, real estate economics, investment theory and so on research techniques, discuss the relation of housing investment and the regional economy from the bidirectional interaction angle, find the primary function factor. Through theory inspection, data analysis as well as China housing investment idiographic case analyzes, the whole works are as follows:1, Inspected regional difference of China housing investment distribution, in which inspected China housing system reform and how to influence housing investment in each region, inspected the housing investment regional distribution difference and the reason;2, Studied concrete factor that China regional economy influence housing investment, through theory inspection and China housing investment practice inspection. The regional housing investment difference can explain to a great extent by the regional economy difference, its explanation factors mainly are: economy development, region inner city factor, regional industry development level, economic openness and position superiority, region existing housing market (total quantity and structure), housing economy policy. China housing investment regional difference basically can explain by the regional economic difference in above several aspects, these factors become the important true factor affect China housing investment regional distribution.3, Studied reversed mechanism that the housing investment function the region economics. The housing investment mainly passed: the housing industry correlative effect, the contribution of housing investment act on the economy grow, the dual influences of housing investment act on inhabitant expense, the housing price's cost effect, the housing price's wealth effect and the deposit effect, influence the region industrial structure as well as the region total consumption and the investment, then influence entire regional economy growth.4, Using housing investment and regional economy interaction relation theory, take the Guangxi Province Nanning City as an example, discussed the interaction relation between the Nanning City housing investment and the regional economy development. Moreover put forward the relevant harmonious development proposal.
