Making correct and effective appraisal to the high-tech enterprise health and growth effectively, avoiding bogging down as soon as possible,and providing an set of advanced and effective quantitative appraisal method to the high-tech enterprise are urgences for developing the high-tech enterprise.This article is precisely in line with this direction. It analyses primary factors which affect the high-tech enterprise, initially establishes the diagnosis and appraisal indexes system, introducts growing appraisal into life cycle model frame,implementate appraisal to each stage,summarizes the appraising method researches of the scholars before on the high-tech enterprise even the common enterprise and tries to use the quantitive method into appraisal for each stages of the high-tech enterprise.In the article mainly describs the fuction,strongpoint and weakness of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Multivariate Statistical Method, Neural Networks System, DEA, Grey Cluster Analysis and so on, makes up project on its utilization,proposeds a viewpoint that we may form a effective method and various stages appraisal match module according to the request of enterprise, character of various stages ,the difference of key factors and the situation of data acquisition.And separately uses the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Grey Cluster Analysis, Principal Component Analysis, Neural Networks System to the appraisal of the high-tech enterprise in entrepreneurial stages, growing stage, mature stage and transformation stage,takes examples for each application.
