The research of Marx's exchange rate theory is derived from my interest on the exchange rate. The exchange rate issue is a very old problem, it has already generated in various countries to engage in trade, and with the international trade and economic development, and the study to exchange rate is also increasing in-depth. But the research of exchange rate in western economics, in either the traditional exchange rate theory, or contemporary theory, On the whole, so far has not a truly thorough convincing exchange rate theory. Especially for the explanation of the economic realities, there is still lacking. Therefore, in order to have a convincing the exchange rate theory, I think it is necessary to re-examine and review of the Marx's exchange rate theory.According to Marxist economics perspective, the exchange rate issue should be divided into two levels: The first level is the exchange rate of the currency and the value; and the second level, that is,"the exchange rate of the different international payments state and the different market interest rate state." To study the exchange rate from the monetary and value level, the first performance to the exchange rate is the exchange ratio for different currencies, also said the domestic currency"price"of the foreign currency or the foreign currency"price"of the domestic currency. So, on this level, it should take into account the real value of the currency, the relative value and the relative value of domestic and international factors, and so on; For the second level exchange rate issue, it should take into account a country's foreign trade and international payments, external payments, international competition and other man-made factors, and so on. Currently, for the domestic and foreign exchange rate theory, all of these theories do not separate two different levels of the exchange rate issue; therefore it would be impossible to give a correct interpretation about the exchange rate issue. This paper is based on this, on the basis of search of a large number of documents, a thorough study of Marxist economics-related works, to do extraction and analysis for the exchange rate theory, tried to explore and research the exchange rate theory of Marxist economics, aggregate Marxist economics exchange theoretical research results, and attempt to build Marxist economics of the exchange rate theory mathematical model. Finally, I will make some observations on how to deal with the current widespread concern of the RMB exchange rate. The corresponding structure of the full text as follows: Chapter 1 to introduction the concept of the exchange rate, the influence of exchange rate to a domestic economy and the international economy, and the study briefly outlined about this issue at home and abroad ; The second chapter firstly to introduce the related theories about t(e exchange rate , including the theory of money, credit theory, interest-bearing capital and interest theory, trade theory, theory of the balance of payments and national interventions. And to discus the determining factors about the two levels of the exchange rate; Chapter 3 on the basis of the previous analysis, establish a mathematical model on the exchange rate theory of Marxist economics, and to do the empirical analysis on the RMB exchange rate issue. Chapter 4 will review and comment the Western economics exchange rate theory. And by the theory of development process, review the traditional exchange rate theory, Modern and contemporary theory. Chapter 5 is on the analysis of the RMB exchange rate issue, concrete on the RMB exchange rate issue, the effect of China's RMB to the economic. And lastly give advice about the negative impact after the RMB appreciation.
