Study On Natural Rubber Industry Ecosystem Management Of Hainan Farm

Natural rubber is an important strategical resource, while extensive management do harm to the sustainable development of natural rubber industry. The study used system analyzing method, evaluation index system, and analytic hierarchy process to discuss Hainan farm ecosystem management based on sustainable development. The main content as follows:(1) Analyzed the structure of Hainan farm natural rubber industry ecosystem. Imitating the structure of natural ecosystem, discussed the configuration, function, industry chain and ecological balance of Hainan farm natural rubber industry ecosystem, and dissertated the status and issue of natural, economic and social environment of the system primarily; then constructed the configuration model and industry chain model of Hainan farm natural rubber industry ecosystem.(2) Discussed the management method of Hainan farm natural rubber industry ecosystem. Concrete method were discussed in the research, containing managing principle, the status and effect of governors, managing means, managing processes and the attentive matters in each process.(3) Constructed the integrative evaluation index system of Hainan farm natural rubber industry ecosystem. In this section, we expatiated the index foundation principle, method and filtration process; 28 appraising indexes were filtered, 10 of ecological and social indexes, and 8 of economic indexes; integrative evaluation marking standard and developing grade standard of Hainan farm natural rubber industry ecosystem were confirmed too.Obtained the weights by using methods both the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi, and then evaluated the index system of Hainan farm natural rubber industry ecosystem. The results as follows: the score of the whole system was 0.643, meant that the whole system was in a rudimental sustainable stage; the score of ecology and economy subsystem were 0.694 and 0.644, also in a rudimental sustainable stage; while society subsystem just got 0.594, in a narrow sustainable stage. After appraising, we found the main affecting indexes of the sustainable development of Hainan farm natural rubber industry: biodiversity, cities trash harmless processed rate, degenerate land governed rate and chemical fertilizer dosage of ecology subsystem; capital profit margin, energy consumption of per GDP and service industry rate of economy subsystem; social contribution rate, average education level, social safety and law construct of society subsystem.According to the analyzing and evaluation, ideas to solve the problem were brought forward from macroscopic (area management), center observes (enterprise management), and microscopic (rubber garden management) three aspects.
