The business goal realization is depends on a great extent by the working capital management level. Therefore, in now society intense market competition environment ,The working capital management have already became the company indispensable important management content.Base on the knowledge I have learned from the postgraduate study in Shanghai Jiao Tong University and daily management experience, the thesis is to analyze and summarize the working capital management model of SHHA–which is a Chinese-foreign joint venture company.The first chapter mainly narrated the working capital management's significance, goal and the differences from Chinese and foreign enterprise. Through the comparison, author pointed out our enterprise's deficiency. Second chapter briefly introduced and analyzed the working capital management pattern and the corresponding risk and income characteristic, and selects certain target quantification analysis; Third chapter is the main part: analyzed the working capital management pattern applies to SHHA.. Author carry on the thorough analysis to two aspects: invested and finances ; The fourth go a step further from now on the utilization working capital management method to SHHA and the method proposed the forecast; Finally, this article has made the summary: In order to survive in an impregnable position throughout in the intense market competition, company must choose one kind of effective working capital management pattern, speeds up the floating capital turnover, raises the enterprise capital profit level.In brief, through this article elaboration, hoped can offer a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas, the paraphrase has the inspiration and the help with or the close domain business community public figure.
