Study On Internal Control Of Domestic Commercial Bank

As the important embranchment of management control system, internal control of commercial bank is the fundamental link that can't be missed in management processes. Because of the special function and risk of the commercial bank, the crisis and unrest of the bank not only have the directly effect on survival and development of commercial bank but also threaten the economic stability of the whole country and the whole international economic order. It is the precondition and elements of survival and development of commercial bank to reinforce the internal control construction, establish and consummate the effective internal control system.Here use both of theory research and questionnaire research, take the domestic commercial bank as the object of study, observe and study the advanced research findings of both here and abroad, sum up the relative information of questionnaire survey. Firstly thesis has a survey on status and problems of internal control of domestic commercial bank. Secondly thesis concludes the condition and confinement factor of internal control of domestic commercial bank. Thirdly thesis has an analysis on internal control of domestic commercial bank from the aspects of risk management and disclosure according to The New Basel Capital Accord of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. Finally thesis comes up with the suggestion to risk management combine with internal control evaluate, disclosure assort with internal control.Thesis studies the condition of internal control of domestic commercial bank based on practical situation through the method of questionnaire survey. After that thesis takes deeply study on the internal control of domestic commercial bank from the aspect of risk management and disclosure based on The New Basel Capital Accord of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.
