Effective channels are the feet of products selling, which can help the products get around the consumers. It could be said that who could get the market when they get the channels. The future developing trend of telecom market indicates that the traditional products and prices will be transferred to channel and service competition between telecom network operators with the otherness reduction of network and technique.After coming into the era of 3G, The competition among the operators will become more vehemence. Operators need to build their own marketing channel system before the coming of 3G era. The channels are simple in the marketing system of traditional communication enterprises. The business hall is the pronoun of the final terminal, the business halls are the main channel of communication enterprises even now. With the development of technique and social economy, telephones and internet have been used as marketing channels by enterprises, and many kinds of social agent channels appeared. Now, for China Netcom Group Shandong Branch (hereafter called Shandong Netcom Company), some single channel is far from perfect in the channels of company. For the whole company, organic relations are shorted of among each channel and the power of the whole channels is difficult to be show out. In the face of the fierce marketing competition, the importance of the channel conformity has been revealed.The building of marketing channels is in favor of our going deep into the microcosmic grade of the information, strengthening statistic technology of clients partition, counting the embed rate of every client, winning the best clients of our competitors, protecting our best clients, bringing up our potential clients, activating our worst clients and helping the enterprise to implement the construction of CRM and BOSS. At the same time, the building of marketing channels will innovate business management method and business flow, it will bring more development and more success for the enterprise.
