The Research Of Supervised The Telecom Interconnected Voice Quality

Along with the development of new telecom technic and the evolution of the govermment's supervision , now the new problem appeared in the interconnection of the Chinese several telecom company:the problem of the interconnected voice quality . And the coming of the NGN( Next Generation Network)makes the govermment's supervice to the interconnected voice quality is more exigent. But we still havn't any national standard about the internecttion voice quality, so we advice to constitute it and give a MOS value for reference.Now the ITU-T862 defined the objective voice quality evaluation algorithm,and the equipment that can measure the voice quality based on the ITU-T862 is more perfect in the recent market,we can used it to identify and address the real voice quality problem in the interconnection and used it to establish a system to monitor all calls continuously and non-intrusively.
