The Practice Of Deng Xiaoping's Regional Economic Theory In Xinjiang: The Economic Integration Of Urumqi-Changji

With the domestic and regional economic integration has become a tendency, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region party committee of CPC and the people's government made a significant strategic decision In December 2004, which establish the party committee of Urumqi-Changji to sped up the tempo of the economic integration between Urumqi and Changji. in the premise of not involving state administrative area delimits of Urumqi and Changji, in order to realize the superiority's supplementary of the two regions, share the resources, strengthen two places'economy power, develop the north Tianshan slope economical belt ,and promote the development of entire Xinjiang. Under this background, I thought it's necessary to do some probed researches about this realistic question for our Xinjiang'scholars, in order to offer some suggestions for Urumqi-Changji region's and even the entire Xinjiang's economy development.As the important constituent in Deng Xiaoping Theory, the regional economic theory have provided an effective way of how to develop regional economy in our country. Therefore, we must take Deng Xiaoping regional economic theory as the instruction when we implement the economic integration of Urumqi-Changji. From this angle of view, the paper are attempting to take Deng Xiaoping regional economic theory as the theory basis, to explain the economic integration of Urumqi-Changji comprehensively.The thesis is divided three parts, the first part mainly take Deng Xiaoping regional economic theory as a standpoint, to explain the relationship between Deng Xiaoping region economic theory and the economic integration.It elaborated Deng Xiaoping region economic theory is our the theory basis to advance the regional economic integration. The second part elaborated the development advancement and the present situation of the economic integration of Urumqi-Changji. Then get the result that the economic integration of Urumqi-Changji is the new way to develop regional economy in Xinjiang. The third part is most important and difficult in the paper. it analyzed the principles, objectives, difficulties and the countermeasures. Based on this, we can get some enlightenment to develop Xinjiang and even the national economy.
