An Optimization Study In Construction Schemes Of Large-scale Project

As the instruction file of the project construction and administration, the contractor's construction scheme of large-scale project have important functions to standardize construction and get profits. The optimization in the construction scheme is helpful the contractor to improve the competition ability and getting more profits form the construction project.This paper analyses the purpose of the optimization in the construction scheme. The purpose is to reduce the cost, under the condition of Suring the quality, the schedule plan and the construction safety of the project.On the study of methods to get the purpose, this paper study the affecting and promoting relations among the construction scheme's main targets, and design the construction scheme's evaluating indicator system of large-scale project for the reference. Following, the optimization methods emphasis on the construction techno-scheme, the site lay-out and field traffic control, the resource management.The study in the construction techno-scheme is the comparison with FMADM, and including the relation between the cost and reliability of the scheme target, and calculating the reliability with geometry. On the comparison of site lay-out schemes, using multilayer decision-making predigest the process. In the field traffic control, using optimal scheduling on combinatorial transportation improve the field traffic control. In the resource management, this paper establishes the optimal measure based on supply chain and partnering in the material stock management.
