| Rural-urban Construction Land is the important material carrier of economic development in rural and urban area. Under the thought of planning development of rural and urban as a whole and with the acceleration of urbanization and the increase for demand Rural-urban Construction Land, the conflict between supply and demand is more and more obvious. The difference of spatial distribution about land resource in Yiyang City is obvious. From the southwest part to the northeast part lies the mountainous region, the earthen mound hillock region and the flat lake region, which laid the foundation for the spatial distribution pattern of land use in Yiyang City. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the spatial distribution and recent evolution of Rural-urban Construction Land in Yiyang, the paper finds its present distribution exists many problems, mainly including disorder in the expansion of Rural-urban Construction Land, loose distribution of rural settlement and severely destroy of cultivated land and ecological environment. There are many factors that influence the spatial distribution of regional rural-urban construction land, which the paper discusses the action mechanism of the major influential factors. Based on the relative analysis, stepwise regression analysis and SPSS, the paper analyzes the influential factors of spatial distribution and constructs the drive model of the total rural-urban construction land ,urban construction land and rural construction land. The results show that the major influential factors of the total rural-urban construction land and urban construction land include GDP, total population and rate of urbanization and the major influential factors of rural construction land includes total population and per capita annual revenue of rural household. According to the results, the paper puts forward the optimizing aim and optimizing allocation pattern: with one point and three spindle primary, multi-spot and multiple spindle impetusing, the whole construction land is distributed lattice. The final part of the paper proposes some suggestions on "smart growth", "non-balanced growth", coordinate distribution of each kind of construction land, well coordination and engagement of the relative plans, policy of population and agrarian, and so on. |
