The managerial mode of American was prevalent in 1950'and 60'worldwide, Subsequently, The Japanese mode popularized in 70'and80'.Now, with the rapidly economic growth more than twenty years, TheChinese managerial mode and traditional culture attracts more and moreeyesight worldwide. As an developing country facing the integratedeconomical competition, China is in a process diverting from planningeconomy to market economy, from Agricultural society to industrialsociety , So The china' entrepreneurs should deal with some problemssuch as how to find out a modern mode of management which combinedeastern and western managerial methods harmoniously, So called of"Chinese characteristic management". Based on the leader'theory ,crossing culture management theory, enterprise management andorganizational behavior theory, the dissertation deeply examines the mainfeatures, causes of Chinese culture .Meanwhile, compares the easternculture with the western culture ,try to sum up and analysis the impactsthe traditional culture imposed to the manager' behavior, it entails thebelow factors: decision making and planning, organizing and staffing,coordinating and communicating, motivating and controlling. For adapting to the intensified competition worldwide, managers in China arenot only absorbing the advanced methods and tools of management fromabroad, but also seeking the arts of leadership from ancient China.Meanwhile, combining them together smoothly.
