The Study Of Enterprise Value Appraisal With Introducing The Social Responsibility

In the society of pursuing economic development, people appraise the company often according to the fortune how much it can create. But in the modern society with the trend of economic globalization , the enterprise's moral concepts and value concepts must be changed. Actually, there are countless ties between the enterprises and society. These links play a very important roles in the course of the development of company. Business not only consider the economic benefits of itself, but also pay attention to the interest groups, such as customer, supplier,community ,government,employee and etc. how to appraise the enterprise behaviors contacted closely , but paradoxically,what connections it will be with the improvement of enterprise value. It is necessary to study the enterprise value appraisal with introducing the social responsibility.The study of enterprise value not only contain the impact of finial factors, but also contain other factors not be finial;it should study the method of enterprise value appraisal,it should study the approach of improving the enterprise value even more. This text will contact the social responsibility with the enterprise value to study and analyze, and try to make the qualitative notes quantize, by building appraisal index system and applying the AHP to design weight coefficient. As a result, it can appraisal and study the enterprise value. It is very different with the traditional enterprise value study. This text stands the new view of social responsibility and try to renew the traditional value appraisal. In the part of demonstration, we choose the quoted company of Xinjiang as the research object, and analyze the result. In the conclusion part, the text offer some suggestions about how to improve the enterprise social responsibility and economic benefits simultaneously.
