Presently, the empirical study literature of correlation between CSR and corporate value is still inadequate, this paper is a exploratory study to the correlation between CSR and corporate value, the conclusion show that it is beneficial for corporate to perform CSR, because in the paper it is testified that national contribution rate and staff contribution rate are significantly and positively correlated to corporate value. Furthermore, based on the idea that"guided by scientific concept of development, to develop in a harmonious and sustainable way", it is necessary to construct a social responsibility values for corporate to coordinate with the state, society, creditors, employees, and other relevant stakeholders. Guided by this idea, establishing corporate social responsibility values has great benefit for corporate to assume their social responsibility, to realize the goal of sustainable and harmonious development and to provide a basis for other stakeholders'decision-makingIn the paper, empirical methods were used to study the correlation between corporate social responsibility and corporate value .by empirical study ,we got that variable x1 (national contribution rate) and x2 (staff contribution rate) are linearly correlated to corporate value significantly and positively ,but x3 (investor contribution rate) and x4 (society contribution rate) do not significantly linearly correlate to corporate value, the empirical study show that market is sensitive to the CSR information in government and employee, but retarded to the CSR information of invest and society,.
