Study On Digital Technology In Enterprise Quality System Management

Quality is the life of enterprise, as well as their core competitive one. It is digital and information time. The dissertation with computer networks, database technology, and other information tools, a practical and effective digital quality system management system (DQSMS) is designed and developed under the guidance of advanced digital quality management theory. The system can plans and standardizes the quality management activities in the overall strategic view, ensures them targeted and orderly, avoids them blind and confusion.This dissertation focuses on digital technology application in the enterprise quality system management. With standardized management of enterprise quality policy, quality objectives, quality document, quality records, quality management business process, quality system auditing and continuous improvement, DQSMS provides an effective prevention mechanism for quality system, improves operating efficiency of quality system, thereby greatly improves quality management level, and guarantees quality system in a health and orderly way.The dissertation mainly expounds the following several aspects:Firstly,the thesis describes the ISO9000 quality management system processes method, reveals the quality system process connotation, expounds the quality system operating principle , presents the quality system business processes and their database. Considering various workflow modeling tools, Petri modeling method is chose, and the Petri nets model of quality management business process is established in accordance with the principles of workflow modeling.Secondly, process definition meta-model given by Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) is improved and developed in this dissertation, the process definition meta-model based on the ISO9000 is presented. According the WfMC workflow reference model, the workflow definition and workflow engine in DQSMS is researched, and the workflow database is designed.Thirdly, to meet complex and ever-changing report demand of quality system management, the universal report subsystem is integrated into DQSMS, and user-defined report, network management of report, dynamic generation of report is realized in the report system. The design conception of universal report subsystem is expounded from several aspects, such as design goal, design thought, data structure and function structure. Finally, according to the MIS design principles, the analysis of system demand, function structure, network structure is presented, and the prototype system of DQSMS is implemented. By means of graphical tools, DQSMS completes workflow definition, task allocation and workflow monitoring of the quality system.
