| in recent years, the Yangtze River delta region has developed into oneof the most vigorous and the strongest areas in China. Because of that, thearea attracts funds, talented people, merchandises, technology andinformation. Also, the multinational corporation and domestic famousenterprise consider it as their ideal investment location. Nowadays, theYangtze River delta region has formed close relationship between theindustry community, the enterprise community and the market community.Each city already has also formed their superiority profession and their ownstyle in commerce.On the other hand, as to the Yangtze River delta region, there is animportant bottleneck, which is that its industry agglomeration processgathers identically. Does this phenomenon affect its economical growthquality? What should we do?This article stands in intermediate perspective manufacturing industryangle. Firstly, the relationship between industry agglomeration and economicgrowth is studied theoretically. Secondly, this article gives not only asummary statistical description about industry agglomeration of zhejiang,jiangsu and shanghai, but also a comparative analysis of industryagglomeration among three areas. In order to study the effect of Industry Agglomeration on the regionaleconomic growth, panel data model is adopted to do the real diagnosis.Mainly conclusions obtained as follows:1. Regarding the textile clothing, the shoes, hat manufacturing industry,zhejiang's effect of Industry Agglomeration on the regional economic growthis the greatest, then comes that of jiangsu and shanghai.2. Regarding metal product industry, their industry agglomeration hascertain problems, which does harm to their economic growth. Zhejiang issuperior comparing with jiangsu and shanghai.3. Regarding general purpose equipment manufacturing industry andElectric appliance and machinery manufacturing industry, shanghai issuperior comparing with jiangsu and zhejiang. |
