Research On The Shortage Of Skilled Talent Of Guangdong Province

This paper defines the definition of skilled talent and the scope of study firstly, and makesthe empirical analysis on the present situation and existing problems of the skilled talent marketof Guangdong Province. The existing problems of the skilled talent market include the amountshortage which doesn't match the stage of economic development and the structuralcontradictions which don't match the changes of the industrial structure of GuangdongProvince.This paper analyse the gap between demand and supply and the result of demandingnumber deviding applicant number for the research on the skilled talent account shortage ofGuangdong Province.As to the result of demanding number deviding applicants number, it hasbeen higher than 1 for the whole province, while the result for skilled talent disposition is fargreater. Moreover, in recent years, there are different gap between demand and supply indifferent regions.As to the structural contradiction of the labor market of, this paper makes detailed analysisfrom four aspects such as skill structure, regional distribution, industrial distribution andoccupational demand-supply structure. Compared to the increased skilled talent of China,it isfound that the skilled structureof skilled talent of Guangdong Province is lower. And theskilled talent of Guangdong Province mostly distribute in centralize of procincial cities and thePearl River Delta, especially the higher skilled talent from the situation of the increasingskilled talent in recent years.
