Exploration On America's Factor Of North-East Asian's Energy Cooperation

Because of America's crucial interest existed in North-East Asia, the energycooperation of North-East Asia cannot avoid its factor. America's factor has doubledinfluence on its energy cooperation. In order to deepen the energy cooperation, all thecountries in North-East Asia should deal with America's factor properly.The first chapter of this thesis generalizes the characteristics of North-East Asia'energy cooperation and gets the conclusion of the necessity of enhancing energycooperation and meanwhile analyses various kinds of America's interest existed there.The effects of America's factor on the energy cooperation of North-East Asia,especially the negative effects will be elaborated in the second chapter. Seen from theobjective angel, America's factor has a limited positive function, but generallyspeaking, the negative effects occupy the principal part. Eventually, the thesis pointsout that the countries in North-East Asia should embark from maintaining the Korean'peninsula stability and enhance mutual-trust and alleviates the negative effects ofAmerica's factor and make full use of its positive effects, and then reinforcemultilateral energy cooperation and try to structure the North-East Asia EnergyCooperation Organizations. Only those can deepen the energy cooperation.
