Taiwan issue was argued a long period but still not solved. Now we discuss this issue by an economic way. Transaction cost is a main ideal of Taiwan issue. But Taiwan issue is not only costs down the transaction costs, much more is the attitude of Taiwan people. This article has three main points, the history of china, the economic analysis of Taiwan and China, and the non economic event how influence Taiwan and China. The article last has given a Conclusion that Taiwan return to china is possible but base on two points. First the Stability of china, second the Taiwan economic develop had depend on China.
